O.Anossova graduated from Philological Faculty of Lomonosov’s Moscow State University in 1991, did her postgraduate course and defended PhD thesis at the same university. Her PhD thesis is devoted to the English Romanticism novel. She has published more than 70 works, including 5 monographs. Her academic interests and research embrace different aspects of English Language and Literature teaching, linguo-didactics, intercultural communication, theory and practice of translation, EAP/ESP, globalisation processes in Higher Education Institution education, literary criticism research as well as prosaic genres of pre-Romanticism and Romanticism literature.
